Things You Need To Know

Our Salon Policy

If this is your first time colouring your hair or if you have experienced any sensitivity or reactions previously from other colour services, we recommend a sensitivity test prior to your colour appointment. Please call to book this at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment. Our highly trained technicians provide professional advice and colour services using the finest quality products available. For the best results to continue and for the most beautiful hair, how you treat your hair is important. Milk and Honey will not guarantee lasting results if you are using unsuitable hair products, swim regularly or use a toning shampoo not recommended at our salon.

If this is your first time waxing please alert your stylist, especially if you have sensitive skin. When having you beauty skin analysis please be truthful with all information about your skin and skin history for the best result. If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair colour or beauty service, please contact us within the first week after your service. We do not offer complimentary services for change of mind.

Please try to advise the salon 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. If not a deposit may be required for your next appointment. No shows, late cancellations or late changes to your appointment may result in losing your deposit. If you are running late to your appointment please be aware that we may need to shorten or cancel your appointment.

Please let the salon know if you are going to run late where possible. No shows may be refused next booking.
