Post Covid-19 Booking Process

  • We are currently waiting for a firm date from NSW Health & Government to re-open our Milk & Honey Hair salon.

  • The opening date we are currently working on for re-opening is Monday 11th October, 2021.

  • The re-booking process will start from Thursday 30th September, 2021.

  • Existing clients that “had” a scheduled appointment or a paid deposit and who were affected by lock down will be re-booked as a priority. We aim to be in contact with you personally between Thursday 30th September and Thursday 7th October, 2021.

  • Existing clients that “did not have” an appointment prior to lock down can email your expression of interest to bookings@milkandhoneyhairandbeauty.com.au Please have the subject as your full name and request date. In the email please provide the following details: Name, Contact Number, Service Required, Date, AM or PM.

  • New clients to Milk & Honey Hair will be added to a secondary list and will be contacted once our existing clients have been prioritized. Please reach out via bookings@milkandhoneyhairandbeauty.com.au

  • The 4sq meter rule applies (19 max persons) with a cap of 5 clients at a time.

  • As the current restrictions will only allow “5 clients” in the salon, this means we have limited appointments each day. Unfortunately a support person cannot attend. (If a support person is required this must be advised at the time of booking).

  • There is currently no limit on staff.

  • All clients and staff at the premises of Milk & Honey Hair must have be Covid-19 double vaccinated, as advised by the NSW Government.

  • Home hair colour kits will still be available to purchase for click and collect via our website. This is great for those unable to receive an appointment in the early weeks of eased restrictions.
