Post Covid-19 Booking Policy

Milk & Honey Hair business owners are committed to the health and safety of our staff and clientele.

As part of our Covid-19 safety plan we have implemented new procedures and booking policies as advertised and outlined below.

From 1st October 2021, all clients requesting any service at Milk &Honey Hair must have received their Covid-19 double vaccination as directed by NSW Health & Government.

All clients will be required to pay a booking fee at the time of booking. The required fees are:

$40 booking fee for non-chemical services

$100 for all chemical, colour and lightening services

The booking fee will be void if a client fails to show up or cancels their scheduled appointment within 24 hours.

The booking fee is not transferable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. (Unless extreme circumstances, at business owners discretion)

On arrival all clients are required to check in via the Service NSW QR code and show photo ID, displaying the same name for both documents.

If a client arrives for the scheduled appointment and is unable to demonstrate proof of their double vaccination passport & photo ID, the booking fee will be void and the client will be denied entry to the salon.

The business owners and staff have the right to refuse entry to Milk & Honey Hair premise for any persons in breach of our above Covid-19 safety policy.
